The massage chair store in Burlington CA called Relaxacare scammed my family out of a purchase.
This store is to be avoided at all costs. I’m in IT at a tech company, and my office is going to have a look into what this store and it’s owner are doing to local Canadians here in Ontario. They need to be stopped. They are stealing from local residents from their online store Relaxacare.ca.
Below we will add everything we find on Relaxacare’s customer service reports, socials, and dealings with the owner Jason Perricone. We can already see findings of the store buying reviews to give their business a false positive appearance on Google. In Canada, you are not allowed to lie about your customer service personnel or CIBC disputes.
They already deleted our family’s review from the online store, and removed our posts on their pages asking for to cancel the order and get a refund. Now we are having to deal with CIBC disputes and chargeback the purchase because the massage chair is never coming, and Relaxacare is lying to us about the store being shipped.
They are fraudulently trying to charge a restocking fee for an item that never left the warehouse. It’s impossible to have to restock something if it has never been shipped.
Buyer beware, this company’s scam is to get you to pay a return fee, and resell your chair to someone else making twice the money on it. This is theft.
Make sure you check these links before purchasing this store. We will make sure Jason and Relaxacare cannot delete these. They are trying to cover up this scam by getting their friends and family to post 5 star Google Reviews, and rely on that to hide their image and the scam.
This is a fraudulent business practice in Canada, and they need to pay for what they’ve done to all these customers. The threats from the owner alone are enough to stay away.
